announce the 3rd Alexander Gurwitsch Conference on Biophotons and Coherent Systems in Biology, Biophys ics and Biotechnology to be held from September 27th to October 2nd, 2004 , in Simferopol and Partenit ( Crimea , Ukraine ).

Simferopol is the capital of Autonomous Repulic Crimea in Ukraine . Partenit is one of the beautiful places of Crimea located on Southern coast of Crimea in 60 km fom Simferopol . To arrive to Crimea it is possible the following flights through Kiev ( Ukraine ), Moscow ( Russia ), Istanbul ( Turkey ). The preliminary schedule of flights is below.

The announced Conference will include the following top ics :

Biophoton ics - spontaneous and induced ultraweak radiation of the living systems, their physical nature and biological role;
Biological effects of electromagnetic fields and radiations, both natural and technogenic;
A problem of coherency (holistic coordination) of the living processes in the developing and steady-state organisms as an elaboration and generalization of the morphogenetic field concept.

The working language of the Conference is English.

The Organizing Committee of the 3rd Alexander Gurwitsch Conference invite all registered participants send their Abstracts before July 15, 2004 . The Abstracts (1 page A4, Arial, pt 11) should be sent to the electronic address csc@science-center.net or by means Internet page with registration http://gurwitsch.science-center.net .

The opening and the Plenary session of the Conference will take place in National Taurida University ( Simferopol ). The Conference will continue its work in the rest-house of Partenit, a picturesque place located at the Black Sea shore. Planned are excursions and cultural entertainment. A daily cost (including meals) ranges from 45 to 75 EUR.

Registration fee for full participants is 200 EUR, for students and accompanying persons 100 EUR. The fee includes the costs of Abstracts, transportation, excursions and other expenses.
